Payment: Orders may be paid with credit card, certified bank check or money order made payable to David Bruce Creations. (Payments made payable to Photo Party Favors will have to be returned.) Although Yahoo! provides the highest level of security for on-line credit card purchases, you may also place your order by mail, telephone or fax. Credit card charges will appear on your statement from David Bruce Creations. On-line orders are not processed immediately. We download all orders and process off-line. This gives us the opportunity to review your order and check inventory. Merchandise Availability: Most photo party favors available in about 2 to 3 business days or less. Imprinted merchandise in about two weeks. Return Policy: In-stock merchandise in full cases only (half case orders and personalized items are non-refundable), unopened and in original cartons may be returned for any reason for a merchandise refund only, less 20% re-stocking fee, within 15 days of receipt of your order.
